So I am turning 28 on Jan 1, 2013...and because I don't want/need ANYTHING for my birthday, I have decided to pledge my birthday to Charity: Water!!!
So in lieu of gifts, happy birthday wall posts on facebook, birthday dinners, and phone calls and texts wishing me well, I have instead asked my friends/family/strangers ;-) to donate whatever they can spare, to help others obtain clean drinking water!
Update: We have reached our goal of $500 as of 11:31AM on 12-18-2012, so now we are going for $1,000, so keep the donations coming my gracious supporters!
