goal
2.5 billion people in the world are living without clean water. We can change that!
If you’re like me, you don’t spend too much time thinking about water -- it’s everywhere we go. When we’re thirsty, we flip a handle or push a button. When we’re dirty, we twist a shower knob. When our garden needs watering, when our pasta needs to be boiled, when we use the bathroom -- water is just an arm's length away.
But, in many developing countries, women and children walk for hours, up and down mountains, just to collect contaminated water that can make them really sick.
As I turn 55, once again I am asking everyone I know to donate $55 or more and join me in providing safe and clean water to developing nations around the world.
Help me make a difference.
Please note: Because of charity: water's unique model, 100% of all donations go directly to direct water projects costs, and each donation is "proved" and tracked to the village it helped when projects are complete.
Hope you had a great birthday Ken.
Very eager to support you and this great effort!
Let's Rock the World! Happy Birthday, Ken.
