Most of us wake up everyday and probably follow a similar routine: we shower, we make coffee, we use the toilet, we shave, we brush our teeth. The amount of clean water that I use in an average morning astounds me when I stop to think about it. And I take it all for granted, and I always have.

But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

In 2015, I stopped drinking anything but water; and it has made me realize just how important water is to our health and well-being. I can't even fathom what it would be like not to have access to clean water.

I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world, and I'm looking for anyone who can help me.
