To celebrate my 39th (almost 40) birthday I am kicking off a year-long party with a purpose. A year, that celebrates life, love, laughter and the basic liberties that we all can take for granted. At the heart of life is water. It nourishes, provides, cleanses, brings joy and touches every living thing on the planet. We've never had to leave our houses and walk five miles to fetch water. We simply turn on the tap, and water comes out. Clean. Yet there are 663 million people on the planet who don't have clean water. That is why on my 39th birthday I am kicking off Lindzrox Version 4.0 Extravaganza to do 40 things to celebrate with those I love in the name of water. Water is a catalyst for change and we can all be a part of that change. I can't wait for us to do this together. Bucket list is below, are you guys ready?! Some things are big, some are small, all are important. Time for us to step up!

1. Ask 40 people to donate $40 to my campaign
2. Get my driver's license
3. Learn how to sew (see number 21)
4. Lose 40 lbs (I need to and it's doable)
5. Take boxing with Jordan
6. Take dance class with Juliana
7. Take Shelby to the ballet
8. Take Connor to a soccer game
9. Design my next tattoo
10. See 40 new movies
11. Have a mother/daughter day with my Mum and Dawn
12. Take Jennifer to the spa (she deserves it)
13. Take Miles swimming (big guy has never mastered this)
14. Take Mum on a weekender somewhere fun!
15. Trip to Israel with the Hodgson's in January
16. Swim 40 km next summer (not all at once)
17. Bike 40 km in one week (totally doable!)
18. Volunteer 40 hrs at a non-profit (work doesn't count)
19. Sing 40 karaoke songs!
20. See 40 drag queens perform!
21. Start life-long dream of starting my own fashion line!
22. Try 40 new cocktails! (I started this one tonight!)
23. Take Mum and Dad somewhere they've never been in the city (they don't get out much)
24. Celebrate others who are also upgrading to version 4.0 (Robert, Darren - I am talking about you!)
25. Spend time with island boys, look for 40 new things on the island from a new bird to a new beach! (Derek & Cliff get ready!)
26. Celebrate 40 wins (big or small) with my awesome team at work!
27. Drive 40 km to somewhere I've never been before in whatever direction!
28. Give up something I love for 40 days (Jordan - you can decide what that is!)
29. Head to Van City to spend time with the west end boys! (Jess & Darren #thesix is coming for ya!)
30. Take Miles on an adventure hike!
31. Spend a day with my brother Mike, Anita, Mikey and Matthew (not a birthday shindig)
32. Celebrate our 10th anniversary on July 29th
33. Try a new sport or physical activity (thinking Tennis)
34. Save $40 per pay cheque and put it into a secret account to buy something awesome for my birthday!
35. Reality Bytes reunion gig with Forest and Jrox!
36. Spend $40 at a casino (rather than my usual $20 on slots lol)
37. Make 40 new dishes (from someone that doesn't really cook!)
38. Plan a trip to England, so Jordan can finally meet the rest of my family!
39. Take 40 photos to document my campaign
40. Once I reach my $4,000 goal, head to NYC with my crew to deliver the cheque to Charity Water in person and spend a week in NYC/Hampton's for my 40th birthday! (Deets to follow, let me know if you want to come with)
