My birthday was last month, but the campaign details from my 40th b-day was just sent to me, detailing the money we all raised that built a hand-washing station at a Sierra Leone elementary school. It reminded me how awesome this organization is and how infinitely lucky we are.
How many times in your life have you been in a circumstance where you wished you had clean water?
100 times? 10 times? for most of us, it's *zero* times.
Turning the tap once a day for 42 years, is 15,330 times that I've never had to want for clean water.
Contributing to Charity:water is not only a blessing to those who need the most basic necessity, but all is the most efficient way to make clean water a world-wide reality.
