As we reach our respective 30th birthdays in September and October, we're struck by how lucky we've been thus far. Having already received so many more gifts than we could have wished for, in love, friendship, health, and our careers, we hoped to show our gratitude by giving a little something back. We chose this cause over other worthy ones because clean water is the most fundamental foundation of life. It is a sad fact that hundreds of millions in the world do not have access to this basic necessity. With your help, however, we can provide for at least some in the world. Since it's in celebration of our birthdays, we respectfully suggest that you donate the amount you would have otherwise spent buying us birthday drinks; what we spend casually to harm and make fools out of ourselves can bring health and dignity to those in need. We will be happy to make fools out of ourselves anyway on our dime at our birthday party.
Any amount, from $1 upwards, will go a long way in providing relief and earn our eternal gratitude.
Happy Birthdays - hope this buys you lots of clean waterszzz and none of the crappy New York City stuff :P
Alright Brother, because you asked, so I shall help as well. I love you so much, and am glad that you've chosen something special like this for your 30th anniversary of living. May your next sets of 30 be as rich in life, experience and love as the first 30.
Happy birthday guys, and hats off to a good cause.
