Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean! But many people around the world don’t have that luxury

Instead accepting birthday gifts, or well wishes for my 34th birthday - I'm asking everyone to donate at least $1 to help CHARITY:WATER build a clean water project.

This is not some fake "feed-a-child" scam...and no, am I NOT an African prince from Nigeria here to give you a million dollars and then steal your identity :)

CHARITY:WATER is a real non-profit organization that guarantees actual results in an effort to reduce the water crisis happening around the world in 2016.

Your donations are 100% tax deductible (and who doesn't love tax deductions). In addition - 100% of the money you donate will be used to build a clean water project for a community in desperate need. When the project is finished, CHARITY:WATER will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.

For anyone who knows me - you must have noticed that I have been limiting what I post to social media over the years. So for me to post this here, should tell you that I'm really serious about us coming together as friends to help some people that are truly in need.

All I ask is that you try and donate anything you can. Skip the coffee for one day (or tea, or vodka, or whiskey - or whatever you drink!) --- and for my birthday this year, donate to CHARITY:WATER.
