Why Miguel Helu is fundraising for clean water

I am embarking on a remarkable journey by participating in the 2023 New York City Marathon, not just as a personal challenge but as a platform to make a significant impact. My mission is to raise funds for addressing the acute water crisis in Bangladesh, partnering with the Charity Water a Non-Profit Organization. This is not only a test of a physical challenge but also a testament to the power of individuals coming together to drive positive change.

By joining hands with supporters and sponsors, I believe we can make a real impact, providing the gift of clean water to those who need it most. Together, we can turn every step I take in the marathon into a step towards a brighter future for the people of Bangladesh.

100% of the money will be used by Charity Water to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped.
