Safe water and sanitation are critical. Without them, life is in crisis. Living in a developed country where the clean water freely flows from taps to the toilet, we do not experience water scarcity.
Many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. However, it doesn't have to be that way. Through a wide range of simple solution like drilled wells, spring protect and BioSand filters we can provide clean and safe water to communities around the developing world.
We started this fundraising campaign to help charity:water build these types of projects around the world building strength in water and sanitation and maximizing health impact at the community level.
