So, here's the deal. If we can reach our fundraising goal of $500 for Charity Water by the end of the year, I will get a tattoo of the Charity Water logo on my forearm. We all take clean water for granted, and this time of year when we are all buying things for our loved ones that they don't need, I believe we can all spare a few bucks to give clean water to people who desperately need it. I will happily undergo a bit of pain and discomfort to encourage my friends and family to give.

If we meet this goal, 16 people will get access to clean water, and you get to see me in pain and marked with a permanent reminder that we have a lot of work to do. That's 16 lives that we have an opportunity to change. Please give.

Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!

But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects around the world, and I'm looking for anyone who can help me.
