This year both my birthday and DP's birthday hug the same weekend so we decided to join forces in giving up what we would normally do to celebrate our birthdays. We decided that instead of the usual we'd like to give clean and safe drinking water to some of the billion people living without it. We want to make our birthday matter this year.

The best part: 100% of all donations go directly toward water projects. And about 18 months after this campaign ends, charity: water will show us where and how every dollar we raised ended up helping in the field. We'll see GPS coordinates, photos and more details about the communities we've impacted.

You may be wondering where did you get the random number or the project name from? It is from Matthew 25:40 where it says, “The King will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.’ (In context- Matthew 25:31-46)

This is the verse that inspired the project name and the amount shown above. We would love for our community to join us!! We are asking for a donation of at least $20 (that's the amount it takes to give one person clean water). We would love it if you would consider giving more of course but please give as you are able!
