Water the most commonly used resource on the planet. I use it and you do to but we also waste it: my bath was cold so I let it drain, let the shower run while you use the bathroom, have a water fight, let the water flow over your car for hours. But what does this have to do with me? Well for starters this is our planet, our water and there is no new water coming to earth. So what are you going to do about it... DONATE. Did you know that if we donate some money to charity:water we could provide a family with clean water. Because we can drink and waste CLEAN water wherever and whenever we want, but some people don't even have water, not to mention clean water. They spend at least 3 hours a day walking to some pond with contaminated water in it. That water could kill them, about every 19 seconds a mother loses her child to a water related illness, and each day about 1 billion people are living like this. The time they spend collecting water could be time spent going to school, working and raising a family. By raising 2000 dollars we could provide a whole village with a clean water source, which leads to a better life. Water Changes Everything
