As all of you know, I am a waterlover. I've known this since I was very young because swimming in or drinking water makes me feel happier than anything. So, my goal in life is to make sure that everyone else can enjoy this amazing resource.

However, as you can see from the picture above, cleaning water isn't as easy as it sounds. In the picture above, I was attempting to clean a very dirty wastewater with only the simplest items: sand, gravel, and clay. In the United States, most treatment plants have what they need to provide potable water. Unfortunately, we are the lucky few.

So for a while now I have been trying to put together a charity: water campaign to raise money to build wells in places where people need clean water. I don't know how successful it will be but if I can at least raise $500, I can help 25 people get clean water. If you can't contribute to this, I completely understand (especially us college students); however, if you are planning to get me a gift, I would much prefer you donate $5-$10 to this campaign. It would make me very happy.
