On August 26th, I'm turning 18. And this year, all I want is clean water for people.
Women and children in Rwanda walk for hours every day, up and down mountains, just to collect water from rivers. And the worst part? The water they collect can make them really sick.
Terrible right? Well, we can actually do something about it.
I'm asking family and friends to help provide one of life's most basic need: water. All donations are a HUGE help, whether it be $1, $5, $10, or even more! Heck, even just spreading word of this cause is welcomed. Any kind of contribution is greatly appreciated!
And the best part is that 100% of the money we raise will directly fund water projects in Rwanda, and when those projects are complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the impact we made. I can't think of a better birthday gift. Please join me in helping to bring about positive change within people's lives!
