Ever since i heard about charity:water i have been passionate about bringing clean, safe water to those without. I have been blessed with so much and am trying to use my gifts, talents and influence to make a difference.
I am using two of my passions to bring about change: Running and teaching.
I have been training to run a 100 mile ultramarathon in the near future. I hope to use this run to raise enough money to give one or more villages clean water.
My students also have gotten behind the cause and have raised enough money to bring one school clean, safe water. Seeing the children do their part to make a difference...and enjoying helping others, is amazing!
Please help us continue to bring H2O (Help to Others -- Something my students thought of:)).
Because of charity: water's unique model, 100% of all donations go directly to water projects, and each donation is "proved" when projects are complete.
