I am overwhelmed with the outpour from family and friends to celebrate my upcoming birthday. In lieu of gifts, drinks, dinner or a cocktail party...I would be touched if you made a donation to mycharity: water. They help fund freshwater projects in developing nations, which is exactly what I want for my birthday. I'm asking for denominations of $3.70, $37, $370. Every dollar is "proved" when the projects are complete, and photos and GPS coordinates are posted using Google Earth. My goal is to raise $5000 (the average cost of a water project) by my birthday, August 23rd.
