My 21st birthday is on March 2nd! Weeee, so soon!

Turning 21 is mile-stone, but after reading about the work 'mycharity: water' does and it hitting me that millions of people just like me don't live to see even their 5th birthday, it feels like more than just a milestone.

I want to celebrate how blessed I am to have reached 21 by giving up my birthday presents and instead asking for donations to reach my goal of $1000 USD (that's £636.17).

Every penny of the money raised will go directly to fund clean water projects in developing nations. $1000 will provide water to 50 people/10 families! There's an active icon along the top bar of this page showing roughly how many people we've served with clean water so far.

Even better, 'charity: water' will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 18 months). That means we'll be able to see the communities we've helped!
