There are 800 million people in the world living without access to clean water. Let's change that!

My Big 3-0 birthday is around the corner! I have lived my twenties to its max potential and proudly succeeded in all my goals. Most importantly getting married to the man of my dreams! I recently learned that millions of kids around the world don't live to see their 5th bday due to no clean, safe drinking water. Every day 1,400 kids die from water-related illnesses before turning 5.

We can change this! I don't ask for birthday presents, but this year is an exception. I'm asking you all to help donate to charity:water and give clean water to people and kids who need it, instead of giving me gifts.

Simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections, and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world. 100% of every penny donated to my birthday campaign will be used to build clean water projects in developing countries. And the cool part--charity:water will show us EXACTLY where, the communities, and projects we have helped to fund! With GPS map and photos!

Charity:water funds their operating costs separately through a group of private donors, so 100% of all public donations will go directly to those in need.
