My name is Weed

I am turning 27. for 27 years I have pretty much lived to help myself. I want to change that. I don't think its fair that people die so needlessly for such simple things like Water. I learned that 800 million people on this planet still don't have access to clean drinking water. It frustrates me that we are not doing more, that I am not doing more. So this year, I want to start doing more.

Instead of giving me presents, or writing on my Facebook wall, help me bring clean water to people in need. Help Me reach my goal and give 135 people clean water.

I'm asking for my age in dollars from everyone I know. Every dollar of the money raised will directly fund clean water projects in developing countries. Even better, charity: water will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 18 months). That means we'll know the locations and names of the communities we helped.
