My birthday is almost here. I'm not usually excited about getting older, but this year I'm really thankful to have lived another happy, healthy year.

There is a water crisis in this world right now, and everyday 1,400 kids under the age of 5 die from water-related illnesses. We can help change that.

This year instead of gifts, I'm asking for a donation to my campaign. Indeed God has truly blessed me in all of the 21 years I have been alive and I want to extend His love to every part of the world. I want to donate my birthday to the communities and families who don't have access to clean water.

Every penny of the money raised will directly fund clean water projects in developing countries. Even better, charity: water will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 18 months). That means we'll know the locations and names of the communities we helped and it will be exciting for us all to see the results!
