On September 10th, I turned 20!

At first, this seemed surreal, even daunting. I'm no longer a kid anymore...But then I found out that millions of people don't live to see their fifth birthdays.

And why? Because they don't have access to clean, safe water. So I'm not scared of being 20 anymore. In fact, I'm celebrating my birthday like never before. I pledged my birthday to help raise money to provide these kids with water, so maybe they can one day be able to go to school, have a family, and thrive.

I'm asking for $20 from everyone I know -- and every penny of the money raised will go directly to fund clean water projects in developing nations. Even better, charity: water will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 18 months). That means we'll be able to see the communities we've helped!

My goal is to raise $2020.00 to help kids in Africa.

God has already blessed me with more than I could ever ask for in family, friends, and loved ones. I dont need anything, except to know that atleast one person was able to live to achieve their dreams the way I can.
