A staggering 663 million people globally do not have access to clean water. Many of them are children. As a result, about 1,400 children die every single day.
Charity Water is my favorite charity not only because of what they address, but also how they operate: 100% of donations go to projects, and they have received top ratings from independent watchdogs.
