On March 26th 2012, I'm turning 21.

This is a pretty big birthday!

Tons of people will turn 21 this year too, and many of them will celebrate by having their first drink as they become of legal age.

I also want to celebrate with a DRINK, but not for myself, I want to give up my birthday and encourage everyone to donate so that others may have clean drinking water. With charity:water, every single cent you donate will go to this case. SO instead of buying me a drink for my 21st birthday or a gift, you will be donating to give the gift of water.

We can make a difference. With your help in reaching my goal of $1,000- 10 families will have access to clean WATER. It only takes $20 to help 1 person gain access to clean drinking water, something that they may taste for the first time (pretty crazy!).

Charity: water will show us exactly which projects we funded once they've been fully completed (which takes about 18 months). That means we'll be able to see the communities we've helped!

Matthew 25:34-35- " Then the KING will say to those on his right, 'Come you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to DRINK."
