"There is a lot of uncertainty in our world right now but this is something i feel so certain about: clean water for all. charity: water has fought endlessly to provide clean water to millions around the world and what we don’t do enough is stop and think about the 663 million people that don’t have the most basic human need: clean water. That is 1 in 10 people worldwide. Many women walk 4-6 hours a day to get dirty water for cooking, drinking and cleaning for their families. And... if saving lives from disease isn’t enough, every $1 in clean water yields a $4-$12 economic return.

I am pledging my album proceeds of all streams and money made from the record and if you feel like you can donate even a dollar - it would be the best birthday and album release present a girl could get. 🎁 🎉

"Many of us have no idea what it's like to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!

But many people around the world don’t have that luxury. Every day, about 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

Anything you can give is a huge help.

100% of the money will be used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped."
