    Many many thanks. We did it. Including several LYB books and a free LYB 21 day program, we contributed over $1500 to a great cause. Thank you. I visualized your smile throughout my 3 hr ride. Arnica and Vitamin C tomorrow. Big hugs. B Spokes raised over $64,800 to get over 2000 people water who need it. YAY!

    I get that why we call this FRIEND raising. I am lucky to have you as friends. Thank you so much for your love and support. We have raised more than $55K to give more than 1800 people access to water. YAY!
    3 hrs of fast paced spinning will be crazy fun. I carry you in my heart.
