Sometimes when we get wrapped up in what we do not have in our lives, we forget that there are others struggling and suffering much more than ourselves. Money comes and goes but it is the effect and impact that one can have on others’ lives that lasts forever.

I know you will soon be at your goal! You are being such a great steward to this cause and I feel great knowing that this cause will benefit others less fortunate than myself. There are some days that I think about what life would be like to grow up in rural Turkey and to be blessed to have the family that I have been adopted into!
