More about Google

We received a $5 million Impact Award grant from Google.org in 2012 to develop and deploy a hand-pump sensor that would monitor and relay data on water flow. With nearly 1,000 in the field and more on deck, we're working together to advance transparency and sustainability in the water sector.

Partnering since 2010, Caterpillar has joined us to support water projects in nine countries, sponsor a Waterwalk at charity: ball, generously support our operations, and fund our first virtual reality film.

More about Red Nose Day

Starting in 2015, charity: water was one of twelve domestic and international charities to partner with Comic Relief for Red Nose Day's launch in the United states, bringing clean and safe drinking water to children and communities in Rwanda.

More about Aveda

We've partnered with Aveda to bring clean water to people in India, Nepal, Madagascar and Ethiopia. To celebrate Earth Month, 100% proceeds from the limited-edition Shampure Hand and Body Wash brings one person clean water. And with salons, experience centers, and institutes around the world fundraising to make an even bigger impact, we're aiming to bring clean water to 70,000 people in 2019.

As part of their Do Well initiative, Madewell donates 50% of the sales of exclusive products to charity: water. Since announcing our partnership in 2018 they've funded multiple water projects and helped bring clean water to 641 people (and counting).

More about Smile Generation

Since 2009, Smile Generation has supported water projects in four countries, aided Haiti after the earthquake, helped us fund a drilling rig, inspired doctors and patients to build more than 100 wells in 2013 and gave clean water, hope, and time back to over 20,000 people in Ethiopia in 2019.

In 2007, Nautica led the way as one of charity: water's first corporate partners. Since then, they've sponsored a Waterwalk, held a holiday photo challenge, and ran an incredible consumer campaign to raise over $3 million for clean water projects in eight countries.

The Humble Bundle community has sponsored projects in ten countries, serving 170,000 people since they first joined us as a partner in 2012. They've supported charity: water through dozens of bundles, two across-site features, and rallied their community to bring clean water to Nepal following the 2015 earthquake.

Since launching in 2013, Amazon has donated a percentage of eligible AmazonSmile purchases to customers who choose charity: water. Since then, they have brought clean water to over 55,000 people in seven countries. Using a unique code on their website, Do Amore connects every customer to the exact water project they helped support and the powerful change made possible by providing someone access to clean water.

Lokai has helped us to stay humble, stay hopeful, and bring clean drinking water to over 20,000 people in Ethiopia. Lokai donates $1 to charity: water for each Water Lokai sold, and has connected their community to the change clean water makes through innovative storytelling like charity: water's VR film and launching a 2.5-hour Facebook Messenger experience named Walk with Yeshi.

Thrive Market encouraged their supporters to donate their savings at checkout and raised $50K in the month of March to fund 5 water projects. But they didn’t stop there. By giving through our partner, Red Nose Day, Thrive was able to match the donation and double their impact!
