More than 780 million people around the world do not have access to clean water. Are you one of them? Probably not.

Many of us never have and never will know what it's like to be thirsty. We've never had to walk miles to fetch water that would ultimately make us sick. We have plenty of water to drink -- even the water in our toilets is clean!

Clean water should not be a luxury. A mansion and a sports car, sure. But not water. It's a basic human right.

But for many people around the world, clean water is a luxury. Every day, more than 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation.

This is unacceptable! It doesn't have to be that way. We CAN DO SOMETHING.

There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world.

I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build these types of projects, and I'm looking for anyone who can help me.
