I'm going to set a World record wheelie ride for cleaner water in Ethiopia.
That's going to beat the current record of 8.17 miles of sweating, pushing, giving everything I've got. My goal will be upwards of 9 miles!
Sounds rough, right? Well, imagine doing all of that without clean water.
Every week, millions of women and their children walk more than 14 miles just to get water for their families. Most of this water is contaminated, but it's the only water they have. They take the chance of contracting deadly diarrheal diseases with every sip. There's nothing they can do to change this.
So, what can I do?
My mission is to raise $10,000 for water. That's enough for 2 new wells for villages who've gone without clean water nearly 10 years. I want every pedal to matter. I'm asking for pledges per lap, per mile or flat out donations to help achieve my goal.
The best part: 100% of everything we raise will go straight to building water projects in the field. Then, when the projects are complete, charity: water will show us just where they are and who they're helping (with GPS coordinates, photos and other details). We'll be able to see the communities we've impacted.
I hope you'll join me in helping now.

You fundraised, donated and came to a birthday party -- all to help us raise money for two new drilling rigs in Tigray, Ethiopia. Each rig will go on to drill 80 new wells, and together they'll change 80,000 lives -- every single year for the next 15 years.
100% of the money raised by this campaign is being used to bring clean water to help those in need. In 21 months we’ll be able to show you exactly where the money went and who it helped.
