Another birthday, another year I feel lucky to have access to clean & safe drinking water; access to clean water for cooking, showering & cleaning; the ability & luxury to receive an education rather than walk miles a day for water, unlike many other women.
I started this fundraising campaign to help charity: water build simple solutions to unsafe water and poor sanitation like drilled wells, spring protections and BioSand filters that can provide clean water to communities around the world.
The reason I constantly choose to support charity: water is because 100% of donations are used to build clean water projects, and when they’re complete, charity: water will send you photos and GPS coordinates so you can see the exact community that has been helped.
