A YouTube video ad started while I was holding my phone in one hand and a glass of water with the other last week.
Usually I just wait and skip the ad after 5 seconds ... Not this time. It was about a water charity and something made me watch the whole video for 19 minutes. I watched it with tears while still holding the glass of water in my hand - it now looked how luxury.
We all know there are many places on earth where you cannot access clean water. But how little I've known. The numbers are insane; More than 1,400 children die from diseases caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation EVERY DAY. Around 1 in 10 people on planet can't access clean water to drink while even the water in our toilets is clean!
It moved me so much that I wanted my coming birthday to be for a good course. Please help me make it possible by donating.
The great thing is 100% of our money will be used to build clean water projects and when they’re complete, charity water will send us photos and GPS coordinates so we can see the exact community we helped :) Thank you for your support.
