This year, I am turning 19 years old. I ask my friends and family to donate $19 or more to drilling wells and providing water to those who need it most.

The people of Central African Republic are desperate for clean water. They are a landlocked nation in the middle of multiple conflict zones, so it is hard to get anything imported into their nation. They are poor, but hard working. The Bayaka people live in what once was the forest, but is now the outskirts of the major towns and cities of CAR. They are looked down upon and treated like animals by CAR's other population. With your contribution, we can help the Bayaka people as well as the other people of CAR get the clean water they need to survive. No one speaks (or knows) about these people, but it's time to open up.
