The Good Lord has blessed me in ways that I can’t even begin to count. I feel like it is my job on the planet to spread God’s love. There are many people who have influenced my life to get me to the point of sitting and writing this.

My parents conceived and raised me, great job guys! My history teacher Roger Hurt told me to apply to Susquehanna University. I met Kayla MacMillian and Kristen Cuccaro, made my first friends at college and realized that I could make friends outside of my hometown. I went to Ireland and met Sam Vetrano. We spent many nights philosophizing about life and what we can do to make the world a better place. Maggie Bell picked me to be on her Residence Life staff in Smith Hall. I met Rob Penaherrera and we became instant BFFs. Rob and I did frequent rounds to Brian Maehl’s room in Smith. Brian Maehl told me about charity: water. Dave Foster and Stephanie Chan conned me into applying to LeaderShape and man am I glad they did! I was blessed to meet some of my best friends there and realize that God has been calling me to spread His love and serve those who are in need. Jamie Weist, Brian Maehl and I were lucky enough to be able to attend the charity: ball last December. We met Scott Harrison for a hot second, tried not to freak out when Jessica Biel walked by and got to witness people being incredibly generous.

There are many, many, MANY more of you who have influenced my life, but I just hit you with the abridged version.

My goal for my 24th birthday is to raise $2,400 from family and friends, and maybe really cool strangers too! Help me spread God’s love, goodness, charity and clean water to people who need it.
