It’s been over a year and a half since Amy and Aaron began their journey. Now, Amy and Aaron are on their way home after walking 5000 miles across Africa, from Cape Town, South Africa to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to raise money and awareness about the need for clean water in the developing world. As luck would have it, Amy and Aaron are returning just in time to celebrate Amy’s 25th birthday! Please join this celebration of the completion of an incredible journey and of Amy, the amazing young woman who dared to do something crazy to help those in need. Amy and Aaron gave up nearly two years of their lives to take on the nearly impossible task of walking a continent to solve a global crisis.
Please join us in showing your support and celebrating Amy’s birthday by giving the gift of clean water. We’d like to give her a well, which costs about $5000. Clearly, Amy’s dedication shows that there’s nothing in the world that would be a better gift.
Here are a few ideas:
