You'll never guess what this charity can do with just water!

And link bait title. It works for BuzzFeed, hopefully it works for good cause. Let's help build wells to supply 28 BILLION GALLONS OF WATER for people.

I'm asking people to give up wishing me a happy birthday on social media or buying me a beer. Instead, how about we re-direct those well (see what I did there?) wishes and money to help some people in need?

We use water to create all sorts of stuff: beer, wine, pop, coffee, sports drinks.... but lots of people don't even have access to clean drinking water in order to survive. Water is so boring and abundant to most of us, we have to flavor it in order to drink it.

I'm asking you to donate my age in dollars to contribute to building water wells that provide poor people with clean drinking water. Really, any amount is great, just do it. All the money goes directly to wells; there is no overhead kept for the charity.
