About charity: water
charity: water is a nonprofit organization bringing clean and safe water to people around the world. We work with local partners to implement sustainable, community-owned water projects and prove each one with photos and GPS coordinates.
A private group of philanthropists cover our operating costs so that 100% of all public donations can directly fund clean water projects.

While a lack of water can weigh heavy on the body, a lack of hope can smother the soul. For those in doubt, any amount of time spent outside our bountiful borders will provide all the proof you need to see that the thirst is, in fact, quite real. This is a solid cause.
