The c:w Gaming Commission regulates all aspects of gaming and gambling activity in the charity: water office, including pool, ping pong and shuffleboard.
It's basically gambling for good. Here's how it works...
1. Organize your bet. You can set an amount upfront (ex: loser donates $5) or play by points (ex: loser donates $1 for every point they lose by... 15 to 11 = $4 donation).
2. Play your game.
