Happy Birthday to one of the best souls I'll ever know. It blows me away to think you would've been 13 today. 13! You always surprised me with genuine love you gave to the people in your life, even at 9 years old...I wish I could see the amazing girl you would've become. I hope you know how MUCH I love you and am indescribably proud of not only what your legacy has accomplished but the person you were. I never deserved to have such an incredible child, and am overwhelmed with gratitude to be your mother. Happy 13th Birthday Rachel. I love you!
